HOW IS TRENT APPLEBY REALTY DIFFERENT?

HOW DO YOUR FEES WORK?
We have no obligation free consultations and appraisals. The only fee that you will pay on the completion and settlement of sale is our commission of 3% of the sale price INCL GST.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
Being born and bred in the Brisbane south side. Living in and in the past Kangaroo Point, Coorparoo, Carindale, Carina Heights, Mansfield, Sunnybank these areas and surrounding suburbs are my specialty.
HOW MANY HOMES SHOULD I LOOK AT BEFORE I MAKE A DECISION?
This is totally up to you if you find a property that you love and ticks enough of your boxes we recommend you consider it. As in the industry we call this heart buyers, or that you've found your home.

SHOULD I SELL BY AUCTION OR PRIVATE TREATY SALE?
From my experience I recommend selling by private treaty with an experienced negotiating sales agent. As I feel this results in the highest price. Speak to me today to why I see this is case.
